1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Delivery Times

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of the European Union: 5–7 business days
  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 7–12 business days
  • Other destinations: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. EarPura is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
