By accessing and using earpura.com (the "Store"), operated by EarPura, a brand of Dome Ecom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Store. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; your continued use of the Store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Products & Orders
All products offered on our Store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Suspected fraudulent orders
- Violations of these Terms of Service
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that this order is being placed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full purchase price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on earpura.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dome Ecom and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.
7. Health & Safety Disclaimer
EarPura products are intended for general personal ear care and hygiene use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you experience ear pain, hearing loss, discharge, or suspect an infection or a perforated eardrum, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have a pre-existing ear condition or any concerns about your ear health. Always follow the instructions included with the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dome Ecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our Store or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for defective products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions under the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
